This is an internal training for Common Threads staff and instructors on the content and curriculum associated with the Caregiver Workshop series.
This program engages caregivers and encourages healthy eating habits at home and in the community at large. Options include The Four Ps, Cooking with Kids, Good for you Groceries, and Meal Prepping. May be booked as a series of four lessons or one-off workshops.
